Water-based or Oil Based?

For our residential customers we use (Polymer Modified MasterSeal (PMM), a water-based sealant that is eco and HOA friendly. It leaves a nice matte black finish.

Do we hand brush or spray?

Both!

The majority of our residential customers prefer the hand brushed finish. In our estimate we will specify how we will apply the sealant.

Do we line stripe?

Yes

We are fully equipped to paint parking spots. We have all the stencils and specs, to mark traffic patterns and handi-cap stalls.
